sake tasting night vol9.

Well, this is the our 9th sake event. 

Tonight, sake tasting night was held at my favorite tapas restaurant, DEHESA.

The staff is really helpful, so I could relax and enjoy the night very much.

さて、今回で９回目の日本酒の会のレポートです。

今回は、私のお気に入りのレストランの一軒でもある、スパニッシュタパスのDEHESAです。親切なスタッフの皆さんのお陰で 、とても楽しむ事が出来ました。

 We've tasted 4 different types of sake.

First, we've tried 4 sake as blind tasting. And then tasted the same 4 sake by different order. 

So at the end of the night we've guess which blind sake was which bottle sake.

It was fun.  

そして今回試したのは４種類の日本酒です。

始めに４種をブラインドテイスティングし、その後に同じ４種のお酒を今度はバラバラの順番でテイスティングします。そして最後にどのお酒が同じ物だったか答え合わせ。

 So this is the answer.

This is the one of the starter, selection of Charcuterie. 

DEHESAは、上質のスペインタパスです。

こちらはスターターの内の一品、ハムのセレクションです。

 It was so nice to having Mr Kaneko and Mr Takatsu from Okanaga, and Mr Shozaki from Tazaki foods. Thank you very much for attending. 

今回、なんと岡永の金子さんと、高津さん、そして田崎フーズの正崎さんが参加くださいました。

14 dishes to share plus one individual dessert....  All dishes were really good.

We ate so much and left very full and happy.

14品のお料理を頂いた後、デザートは一人ずつ。お料理全部美味しく頂きました。

凄くお腹いっぱいで、皆ハッピーで帰路につきました。
