IWC

I'm little bit nervous now...

It is not my first time but I have a feeling that it going to be different compare to last couple of years.
I've been chosen to judge sake at IWC (International Wine Challenge) in london for last 2 years.I've tasted 99 different sake in last year.

Some of the senior judges won't be able to fly from over the world for tomorrow's judge. But I'll do my best and hope we can find great sake to give award in 2010.

今更になって、少し緊張してきました。

今回が初めてではないのだけれど、今年は前年と比べて、何かが違うものになる気がします。

IWC (International Wine Challenge)の酒部門での審査員の一人として選ばれ、今年で3度目になります。昨年は99種の日本酒をテイスティングしました。

何人かのシニア審査員は、例のアイスランドの火山噴火により、足止めとなり、明日の参加はできませんが、今年も全力を尽くして、トロフィーを授与できるに値する、おいしい日本酒を発見したいと思います。
