sardine piccanti

This is a tin of sardine.
I couldn't help my self not to buy this cute package sardine. I've bought 2 different taste, one is chili and other one is lemon.
I've bought them for a while ago and finally I have a opportunity to try.
There is 4 skinless sardine and 2 half sized chili in the tin. Pan-fried them and served it with homemade pesto spaghetti. I thought chili will not going to kill me.... but it was very spicy. Phew!

このクラシックなパッケージに惹かれて、以前、Waitrose でサバの缶詰を買いました。 この他にも、レモン味で味違いがあり、パッケージには小さなレモンの絵が書いてあります。 なかなか食べる機会がなかったのですが、先日、やっと日の目を見る事になりました。 魚の大きさに比べて、半分くらいの唐辛子が2個入っていて、あまり辛くないだろうと鷹をくくっていましたが、かなり辛い。 手作りのペストで和えたスパゲティーと一緒に頂きましたが、辛かった。
