Brunch


Goats cheese with pork, apple and sage sausage sandwich.
I've mixed with chopped sun dried tomato and green salad. Dressed with mustard and honey dressing.
Mustard and Honey dressing:
1 table spoon Honey
3 table spoon Olive oil
1 table spoon Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 table spoon Mustard seed (already mixed with mustard and seed)
