Macaron Boutique

"Picaso of Pastry", Pierre Hermé is one of the most famous french pastry chef in the world.
He began his career at the age of 14 as an apprentice to Gaston Lenôtre.
In 1996 he is a co founder of Socrepa with Charles Znaty and Michel Ferton, however he left Fouchon in end of 1996 to open his new business Pierre Hermé Paris with Charles Znay.

Their first shop was opened 1998 in Hotel new Otani Tokyo.
He owns seven "boutique" in Tokyo, six in Paris and one in London also he has an online shop.

ペストリー界のピカソともうたわれるPierre Herméは、世界でも有名なペストリーシェフの一人です。14歳のとき、Gaston Lenôtreの元で修行を始めました。
Socrepa(Fouchon)共同創設者となりますが、1996年の末には退職し、共同創立者の一人でもあったCharles Znatyと一緒に、Pierre Hermé Parisを開業します。


Brightly colored Macaron is filled with velvety rich cream.
Thomas has bought one of each 12 different flavours.
