When we visited, it was so quiet and really peaceful.
光明院です。とても素晴らしい庭があります。
私達が訪れた時は、誰もいなくて本当に静かでした。
Fushimi Inaritaisha shrine is famous for the countless Torii gate offered by worshipers that cover the hiking trails of Inari san the wooded mountain behind the shrine's main building.
It was breathtaking view.
伏見稲荷大社は、本堂の裏手にある稲荷山を取り囲む鳥居で有名です。
今回初めて訪れる事が出来ましたが、景色がほんとうに素晴らしかったです。
It was Thomas' birthday.
And we celebrated his birthday at an italian restaurant called The Garden Oriental Kyoto. The restaurant was so cosy and very cute. I felt almost visiting somebody's home.
We had a really amazing dinner at this restaurant.
そして、トーマスの誕生日を京都で迎えました。
日本食もそろそろ飽きてきただろうと思い、素敵なイタリアンの、The Garden Oriental Kyotoというレストランで夕食を頂きました。
店内はしっとり薄暗く、内装も和と洋とそれからちょっと南アジアな感じが上手くマッチしていて、とてもいい雰囲気でした。誰かの家に遊びにきたような不思議な気さえしました。

We've walked by the river, and it was so beautiful...When we were walking by the river slowly I heard some music coming from restaurants across the river.
食事の後は、また歩きました。川沿いをゆっくり耳を澄まして歩くと、あちこちから三味線の音が聞こえてきます。
One of our favorite place in Kyoto.
Also very cosy and really matured sake bar. First time I visit this place, it was last year.
Friend of mine Masako took us to this place and we drunk so many different sake and Mr Takahashi has such a great passion with sake and we talked until very late...
こちらは私のお気に入りの場所の一つ。
こちらも、かなりしっとりした日本酒のバーです。昨年初めて友人の雅子ちゃんに連れて行ってもらったのですが、それからすっかりファンになってしまいました。
オーナーの高橋さんの日本酒にかける熱い思いを、遅くまで語り合いました。
