croque monsieur by Nigela/Satomi.

Nice sunny morning, I've made a croque monsieur for lunch.
This recipe is Nigella's.
This is such a simple. You need to find milk, 4 eggs, toast bread, ham cheese, mustard, butter, (seasonings and herbs as you like) from your fridge.

Just make a ham, cheese, and off course mustard and butter sandwich, then cut in half to make 2 triangles. place them on oven dish.
I realized that I should keep sandwich in a egg + milk for over night (!!) when I pour the liquid onto sandwich... I want to eat for lunch today!!!!!
So, I've spent 10 minutes to let bread soak. Used spoon to scoop egg+milk, large ladle, open sandwich, turn it over.... phew!
Grated cheddar cheese on top and put them in to oven for 25 minutes in 200 ℃/gas mark 6.

Mmmmm... Looks nice?!

It was yummy and so filling and we both could eat only half. It is great for something like a lazy morning break fast... but better to prepare night before, apparently.
